Class-A warehouse with total area of 100,000 m²
On the premises of the Class-A logistics complex spanning 100,000 square meters, high storage standards are embodied. Within this facility, there is a dedicated warehouse for temperature-controlled cargo, encompassing over 2,500 square meters and maintaining a temperature range from -27 to +8 °C. Additionally, the complex features a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse boasting a capacity exceeding 150,000 pallets. This warehouse is outfitted with an address storage system and an automated cargo distribution system. Catering to e-commerce (E-com) needs, a warehouse comprising more than 250,000 cells is available. A key component of this project is the warehouse designed for oversized cargo, featuring gates standing at 12 meters high. Furthermore, the complex houses a warehouse specifically designated for hazardous goods, covering a total area of 5,760 square meters. This facility is equipped to handle goods from nearly all hazard classes except for the 1st and 7th classes.
Cross docking zone with total area of 4000 m²
The cross-docking zone is a strategically vital location where goods are consolidated and swiftly reloaded to facilitate fast and efficient transit. This area plays a pivotal role in optimizing logistics processes, guaranteeing the seamless and precise movement of goods throughout the complex.
Washing and steaming station and storage area of tank containers
The washing and steaming station within the logistics complex is specifically designed to cleanse tank containers of any contamination before they are reused. With state-of-the-art equipment and stringent process control measures in place, this facility guarantees high-quality cleaning standards.
The storage area for tank containers serves as a temporary location, offering a secure and organized space for these containers until the next stage of transportation. This area plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain by ensuring that the containers are prepared for subsequent use.
